day in...day out

I had a very early morning shift today. The first foto was taken at 6am (shortly after I started) and the second around 2pm (just after I finished). I love being able to watch the sunrise.

Went to breakfast with the family. It was delicious. Next time I go I want to try what mom and Inge had...the granola, yogurt, and fruit topped crepes.

Jasmine

Today I had to put Jasmine to sleep. About 2 years ago I was told she had kidneys that weren't functioning well. After changing her diet and keeping an eye on her after the visit, she seemed to be ok with working through it for now.

This past week she hadn't been herself and after taking her to get checked, found out her kidney problems had gotten worse...she was in pain.

While I am really sad, I know she isn't in pain any more.
Rest in peace Jasmine...
