Night
Two days ago, we had Santa Ana winds that created havoc in many cities. In a few parts of my city, power was out. I had power but across the street and stretching for a few bloks over did not. It has since been restored a few hours before this foto was taken.
Also while this was taken, there was a bit of police activity. I'm not sure what happened but it did bring out the police helicopter (the light on the right above the middle section edge of the foto).

Tuesday
It was a very windy Monday night and continued through Tuesday morning. Many, many, many people were left without power...but my work was up and running and so were we. We were extremely busy. I heard stories all day of fallen trees and lots of debris everywhere. Many people were just happy we were open for business. It was overall a very tiring but good day.

just after 6am...
On Saturdays I generally work the open shift...which means in at 530am. Today was pretty slow due to the long weekend and the rain. This shot was taken in between drizzle events that pretty much went on most of the day.

It was only a TEST...
...first time in history to be broadcast on all stations, on all radios, at the same time...across the nation.
